Niagara Skydive Centre

Niagara Skydive Centre, also known as Skydive Burnaby, is one of Ontario's most established and respected skydiving operations, with a history dating back to 1969. Located near Dunnville, the drop zone offers tandem skydives with breathtaking views over Lake Erie and the Niagara Peninsula.

A tandem skydive requires no prior experience — you're securely attached to a certified instructor throughout the entire jump. After a brief ground training session, you'll board a small aircraft and climb to jump altitude. The freefall lasts approximately 60 seconds, reaching speeds of up to 200 km/h, before the parachute opens for a peaceful 5-7 minute canopy ride back to earth.

The views from altitude here are spectacular. On a clear day, you can see Lake Erie stretching to the horizon, the Grand River winding through the patchwork of farms below, and on exceptional days, even the distant skyline of Toronto. It's a perspective on the Lake Erie region that very few people ever experience.

Niagara Skydive Centre has an excellent safety record and is a member of the Canadian Sport Parachute Association. Whether it's a bucket-list experience or an annual tradition, a jump here is genuinely unforgettable.
